We understand that family schedules can change. Our goal is to be fair to both our training families and our business while maintaining high-quality, small-group instruction.

1. Session Bookings

​

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your athlete’s spot.

If you need to cancel:

   •    Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a session credit.
   •    Credits may be used toward a future session within 60 days.
   •    We will do our best to accommodate make-up sessions based on availability.

​

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for credit unless due to illness or emergency.

2. Illness or Emergencies

​

If your athlete is sick or there is an unexpected emergency:

   •    Please notify us as soon as possible.
   •    We will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit.
   •    We prioritize athlete health and encourage families to stay home when ill.

3. Small Group Training

​

Because group sessions are limited in size:

   •    Missed sessions without notice may not be eligible for refund or credit.
   •    We will make reasonable efforts to offer a make-up option when space allows.

4. Camps, Clinics & Packages

​

For camps or multi-session packages:

   •    Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date may receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee.
   •    Cancellations made within 7 days may receive credit toward a future program.
   •    Once a program has begun, refunds are generally not available for unused sessions, but credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Weather or Facility Issues

If a session is canceled due to weather or facility closure, a make-up session or credit will be provided.

We value long-term relationships with our families. While policies are necessary to protect scheduling and planning, we approach every situation with fairness and communication.
